A buddy of mine got into unicycling and I saw him riding outside my house one day. That's all it took for me to know I wanted to do that. I think unicycling is my most effective stress reliever. When I'm riding that's all that's important, I don't have to worry about anything else. I don't think I will ever stop riding until my body physically can't.

I learned to ride almost four years ago, and I've been doing tricks and going to events since 2012. I was in love with freestyle but my friends taught me some flatland tricks so I decided to mix both disciplines, focusing mostly on coastings. Beside riding I love nature, traveling, and to create art.

I got a unicycle for my birthday and after practising now and then, I forgot about it. After a year, I found it in the basement and I tried to ride again. I started practising by riding to my grandmother on my unicycle, at least I tried to at first. After a while I stumbled across some videos on youtube from Tim Desmet and Wim Versleegers. I tried to mimic the easiest tricks and I completely fell in love with urban unicycling. I just love the feeling unicycling gives me. It completely makes me forget about all my worries.

I first saw unicycling in a parade. I was already pretty hooked before I even had one. I'd spend all my time watching videos like NAUCC '09 back when everyone rocked a lime green rim. I've ridden skateboards and BMX before, but they never really clicked. Unicycling on the other hand was always fun and challenging. I love unicycling because the concept is so simple, yet puting it into action is another thing.
